1-  PAYMENTS

When making the reservation, 30% will be paid as a deposit, and 30 days before your arrival, the remaining amount will be paid; by credit card or through bank transfer.

If the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, 100% of it will be paid at the time of making the reservation.

At the time of making the last payment, if you made it by bank transfer, you must send the receipt to our email address, info@propietatscarpediem.com or to our telephone number +34 669 093 900, within 24 hours.

If the payment deadlines are not met, the reservation will be considered cancelled, thus losing the payments made previously, as a deposit.

2-  CANCELLATION

You can cancel your reservation at any time, notifying it by email or through our telephone number- -If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry, 100% of the reservation will be penalized.

– If the cancellation occurs 30 days before your entry, you will only be penalized with 30% of the pre-reservation.

– If there is a no show (no show on the day of the reservation) the penalty will be 100% of the reservation.

3-  DEPOSIT

At the time of Check-in, a pre-authorization will be charged to your credit card as a deposit, its value will depend on the reserved property, (amount named in the conditions of the specific house).

That amount will be unblocked from your card within a maximum period of 24 hours after your departure, as long as no damage, loss or defect has occurred during your stay in the accommodation.

In the case of damage, loss or defect, please contact us directly to help you and manage it as soon as possible.

If any of the options mentioned above occurs, if it does not have any cost, they will not be charged any expense of the deposit, otherwise, the damages caused will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the same deposit, delivering the receipts of the expenses incurred.

4-  ENTRY

Check-in will take place at our office, (with the option of home delivery, as long as the entrance is at 4:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: 00h, Saturdays from 10:30-16:00.

The access and delivery of the keys to the house will be from 4:00 p.m., if due to availability they have contracted Early Check-in, they will be able to access the house from 12:00 p.m.

(We offer the option of storing the luggage, without any type of supplement, in our office until the delivery of the keys).

At the time of Check-in, it will be necessary to deliver the Identification Documents / Passports of all the guests who are going to stay in the reserved property, in order to register with the relevant authorities, according to article: 12 of the Organic Law 1/1992.

The payment of the tourist tax (€1.1 person and night) will also be made, the deposit will be withheld, and any other supplement contracted or that you want to contract during
your stay. (Early Check-in, Late Check-out…)

5-  EXIT

Check-out will be at 11:00 a.m. at the latest, if due to availability they had contracted Late Check-out, they can leave the house at 6:00 p.m. (We offer the option of storing the luggage, without any type of supplement, in our office, during the aforementioned office hours).

The keys must be delivered to our office, which will be open from 10:30 a.m., in the event that the departure is on a Sunday, they must notify us at least one day in advance to schedule the departure at the corresponding time.

At the time of your departure from the house, please ensure that there is no garbage left in the accommodation, as well as that the lights are turned off, air conditioning, heating… and the house locked.

6-  PERSONAL DAMAGE AND THEFT

Propietats Carpediem S.L. and all its staff, will not be responsible for any type of personal injury, as well as theft, loss or damage to personal valuables, during your stay in any of the accommodations.
